which one is that is it the one where he enters that weird time place if so he just doesnt have to look at him the sand can bloke automatically

The Mangekyou Sharingan (Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye)
The Mangekyou Sharingan, literally Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye, is a higher form of the Uchiha clan Sharingan that is only achievable by natural users of the Sharingan, those who have Uchiha blood running through their veins, eliminating Kakashi from potential users. The Mangekyou Sharingan is not easy to obtain however for those who are not made of cold blood as they must make a tremendous sacrifice in order to obtain it, they must kill their best friend. To date only two people out of a possible three people have obtained this legendary eye, Uchiha Itachi and an unknown Uchiha ancestor. The only other person who could possibly attain the Mangekyou Sharingan is Uchiha Sasuke, to obtain this he would have to kill his best friend, presumably Uzumaki Naruto. With the Mangekyou Sharingan activated one major advantage is to be able to use the three most powerful jutsu possible, two of which have been revealed so far: Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu.

r right but gaara could still beat itachi simple by not looking at him and i dont think itachi could break gaaras mind anymore than the sand incarnet has done. i thought saskue had The Mangekyou Sharingan as he sharingan became complete when he fought naruto and i believe he killed him kyubi brought him back to life

In the manga, Kakashi has developed his own version of the Mangekyou. Unlike Itachi's it seems to require a hand seal to activate.

Itachi vs. Gaara ? No competition. Itachi would win 5 minutes before the fight.

Later on, Itachi (and others) will kill Gaara and remove Shukaku from him. He's brought back to life later though. And Sasuke does not have Mangekyou Sharingan. He has a fully developed ordinary Sharingan. He might have had the Mangekyou if he had actually killed Naruto at the end of that fight.

Who would win?... Itachi no doubt... as much as i hate to say it Gaara stands little to no chance. As long as Sasuke does not beat him im happy

Its all of Akatsuki, they attack Gaara's village. He is obliged to defend it, considering he is Kazekage. This is much, much later. 3 years after Sasuke leaves. The anime will catch up to the manga timeskip when Studio Pierrot stops making fillers. You'll get to see grown up (somewhat) versions of all the characters. All but Naruto are Chuunin, and Hyuuga Neji is a Jounin.

Check out the manga for yourself, especially if you're sick of the fillers.

As I understand it, Itachi is the strongest ninja alive (at this point in the show, not to say that some of the kages, and any of the members of the three sannin aren't close). I'm getting that because Orochimaru even admitted Itachi is stronger than he is. So, even though I don't know what he would do, I believe Itachi would win.

I want to say that when Jiraiya and Naruto were searching for Tsunade, Itachi and Kisame had a chance to ambush the two. Itachi stopped because he was afraid of Jiraiya.

Between Garaa and Itachi, I would have to say Itachi. Yes the Manga does own because fillers are just awful!
